Ghost Story Time
This is a true ghost story of mine. If you are too scared, then you shouldn't even open this blog. This is only to give you a warning before clicking on this blog. I promised Rok that I would share my ghost stories, so here I am writing one out to him. There are many more if you readers want to read more. Thank you and I hope I don't scare any of you off.
When I was still an elementary student living in Brooklyn Center, MN, I use to share a room with all four of my younger sisters. We all slept in one room together, but we had two full size beds in the room. All of my sisters slept on one bed, and I got the other all to myself [I know, I was very stingy]. Any who, I use to have hard a time sleeping when I was younger. So, at night when my sisters and I go to sleep, I would like to make noises to scare them until they fall asleep or until I get bored.
So, like every other night, there was this one particular night I stayed up scaring my sisters to sleep [Yes, I was a very cruel sister to them]. After all my sisters had gone to sleep, I was unable to sleep, so I just stayed laying in my bed staring at the ceiling. As I was staring at the ceiling, I felt something pushed down on the left side of my bed by the wall, then for some reason, it was getting cold on my left side. My heart started pounding fast and hard against my chest. I dare not look to my left side, so I just kept staring at the ceiling. Then, I left that pressure lay next to me. I was paralyze and couldn't move. I was too scared to move. My heart was still pounding so hard and fast.
I stayed paralyzed in my bed for a couple of minutes, then I felt the pressure of my bed shift. From the corner of my eyes, I saw a figure floating in the air as it was laying on its back. The figure turned its head towards me and smiled. I could easily tell that it was a girl. After seeing her smile, she just then disappeared. As soon as she was gone, I got up and ran to my sisters' bed and slept with them for the night. Ever since that incident, I stopped making scary noises to scare off my sisters.

WOW! You remind me of my sister. She's is now learning how to become a shaman. Lately, she's been having strange things happen to her. Well, it's been happening since she was a kid, but it's gotten a lot worse. Maybe because my sister is avoiding her spirits and doesn't want to communicate with them. Like you, my sister is able to see things that we cannot see. She's also able to foresee the future. My sister also has a shrine in my parents' house too. She hasn't touched it or done anything of any sort. It's funny too, now that I am thinking about this. In my family, there's seven kids. Out of us seven kids, my sister who is the shaman is the middle child. Now, I have four sisters, including me will be five. Out of us five sisters, my sister is also the middle sister. Freaky isn't it? There's more, but my fingers won't let me type anymore. Maybe tomorrow when I have more energy to do so. I enjoyed reading your experiences.
you creepy people haha j/k...it's late right now and i'm kinda scared..lol
lol Lengo! I gave you a fair warning. You chose to read the blog. The way I explained it was less scary. If I was more in depth of how everything really went, you probably wouldn't be able to sleep. haha If something happens, Kuv mas hu plig rau koj.
haha..i have tons of stories to share but i'm too lazy at the moment...
I'm not sure about seeing a ghost or whatsoever. But I have felt something like you did yet it wasn't just on the side of my body. It felt like it was on top of me. One of my worst feeling ever; can't breath, can't move, can't do anything. It was scary although I never told my parent but a few of my cousin.
I'm not sure how it started or so but it was just strange and weird. My cousin from out of town came over so we slept out in the livingroom. It was about 4 in the morning, somehow I just got up didn't feel sleepy while the rest was asleep. So yea, I was just wondering for awhile before continue back to sleep. Yet, the sun was about coming out. So as I continue back to sleep, sleeping straight up and closing my my eyes. I was sure not asleep yet but suddenly I'm not sure what it was. *Bam, something was just on top of me and I couldn't do anything. I thought I was going to pass out dead or something. To me, I can feel myself struggling out so I can breathe, screaming/yelling for my cousin who slept next to me for help. I tried about everything as I could but then really I couldn't do anything while whatever that thing was on top of me. Idk how to describe it, but it was just scary.
So yea, I told my cousin although they were just joking with me that probably it was my one cousin who slept next to me smashed me. Since the guy was like double my size and a deep sleeper so he wouldn't really know what he'll be doing while sleeping. Although, I know myself what was going on etc. Blah, idk I guess from that time on I just never sleep straight up anymore.
Idk for sure but it's just what I heard from people to people that sleeping straight up like a dead person at funeral. Ghost comes and attack you like how I tried. But yea just saying. Well this is my story
Yeap, sleeping straight will cause a ghost to sit on top of you. You'll have a hard time breathing and moving and even scream. Happened to my brother one time when a ghost followed me home, but there's another story that goes along with that.
Lol, I only heard things about it. So yea, I was curious myself to try it. And no, it will not happen again lol. So not cool but yea I've felt it but not seen it. I don't think I even want to see it myself. Blah!
Lols. It kind of got me scare but I manage to finish it BUT as for Rok, I kind of got scare with the cow head. LMFAO! So I stopped reading it. Not to mean Rok but that was too creepy.
Here's mine. About 4 years ago, I was in my parents room watching a movie. I got a call from the house. I was like "Who would call me using the house phone? I'm right next door?". I picked up and answer who was calling me. It was my little sister. There she whisper "Come to the bedroom now" and hung up. I walked over and and check up on her and my ugly baby brother Jerry. Opened the door and there my sister sitting at the corner looking at my baby brother. I turned to the left on my bottom bunk bed and saw a little girl. She had long black hair, a white dress on, and skin pale. My eyes widen because she was really close to my baby brother touching his cheek. I slowly walked towards my baby brother hoping that she doesn't take him. I got closer and pulled my baby brother away. We all ran out the room and about 5 minutes later, I went back to see if she was still there. I looked at the little dark corner of my bed and saw no one but as I was back up, my right eye corner saw something. There that little girl was sitting on the ground looking at me. I got so scare and slept in the living room for a whole week.
When I was living with my ex fiance and this one time where we had a girl night out and I slept over his cousin house. All the girls was sleeping and I was the one who slept at the corner near the closet. I went to the bathroom and came back to sleep. I didn't fall asleep yet and then I heard his cousin talking to someone. You can see the shadow next to her. His cousin said " Don't worry, I won't let anyone know about you". Then boom the shadow disappear. I was so freak out that I couldn't sleep. Next thing the light in the hall way was switching on and off for about 2 min. You can hear foot step. No one was home beside us 5 girls. The guys went out drinking and the OGs went out the casino. The next morning, everyone came home and I asked his cousin Nary who was she talking to last night. She said she wasn't talking to no one. I freaked out and asked if the other girls heard her talking, they all agreed with me and said the same thing. Her twin brother Vanny came in and heard everything. He said that in the closet there was once a girl who hung herself and at night time you can hear her knocking and you can hear her crying. And some night she would talk to Nary and Nary wouldn't remember a thing.
Telling these stories makes me kind of scare now. LMFAO!!!
Why would you call your baby brother ugly? That's mean. hehe But yea, OMG, both of your stories are just freaky!!!
I swear the Cow Head thing was just part of my imagination. Your stories are really spooky and to walk into a room to see a pale skinny black haired girl would of already spooked me enough.
Lols. He's been my ugly baby brother that I love dearly. just prefer not to show it because when he's get older he's going to his a change of heart. Lols. But it's was scary but I had to do what I had to do. There's more but since it's spooky then I won't say anymore. PLUS! It's very late, I'm by myself in the dark, and with my window shade open. It's scary. Lols. I'll come back tomorrow. LOL!

Little ghost girl was teaching you a lesson. Lol! Green you're such a cruel sister LOL! That's very scary though. Elders had always taught me to never challenge a ghost or to never imitate one because of incidents like that. Ghost are very powerful creatures but they won't bother you unless you bother them. They're simply trying to avoid you as much as you are avoiding them.
When I was younger, around the age of a first grader, I slept in a room with my aunt, who slept on the ground. My brother slept on the upper bunk and I slept under. I had trouble falling asleep too and I would never fall asleep because I was afraid. All this is still very puzzling to me because I don't remember any incidents at all. So one night my aunt decided to sleep on my bed while I took her place on the floor. She fell asleep quickly but woke up shortly only to tell me to scoot over so that she can sleep with me. I don't remember anything but only heard stories of my incidents told to me by my family members. My aunt said that when she slept there she felt some sort of presence. She had scary terrifying dreams and it really scared her. Ever since that day, she urged my parents to get us a new bunk.
I do however recall some memory that I had in that bed. It was just all my imagination but at my old house where everyone was living together, my grandma was a shaman. They kept a cows head in the freezer and one day I opened it to get some ice. It scared me because it was staring directly at me with it's tongue sticking out. That night when I went to sleep I kept seeing things. The door was opened and right outside my door was the stairs to the living area. Feeling a spooky presence among myself, I kept my eyes wide open staring at the door. I finally saw a minotaur appear from below the stairs. I was so frighten I almost cried. My heart pounded and I felt cold all over. In a blink of an eye, everything was gone and it was dark with only the night light's to guide my eyes. I covered my head and forced myself to sleep.
I've also had stories told to me about that same particular house. We had an apple tree at the corner of our backyard and supposedly I would see a huge figure out there every night. Although where I slept was very far from there so I'm still unsure of how these sightings happened. Not only was I the only one who saw the huge figure, a shape of a bear, but my siblings did also. My grandma looked more into it through her neej and resorted with a simple explanation. They were my spirits. Confused? I bet you are so read along for more details.
I may not appear to be one but when I was younger I communicated with animals. Raised in a traditional Hmong family who farmed like any other family back then gave me the opportunity to approach many animals. My grandparents insured me that it was a blessing and that I shouldn't be afraid of it. I lived my childhood from when I learned to talk to right before I attended school speaking with animals and seeing the presence of spirits. Never had I really did see evil spirits but good spirits such as my brother's spirit. In other words, I saw his "plis" come home after he was sick for months. This incident occured when they decided to ua neej for my brother and I was sitting there in the room listening to my grandma ua neej. As they opened the door to hu plis, I started to scream with joy and ran to the bedroom yelling, "My brother's home, he came back from war!" I have no memory of it but I've been told this story too many times.
Now I'm an old kid in his early twenties who can't see spirits or talk to animals anymore. I'm sadden but at the same time I'm grateful because I don't want to do anything like that. When I was living in California I was learning more about my gift and practicing how to harness it's power. I had no control over what I could do but when my grandfather fell ill, I saw a vision of my grandfathers struggle as I was meditating at my shrine. Whether anyone wants to believe me or not, what I saw was as real as reality. My grandfather was weak, unable to walk the path anymore. He was stranded on the side of a path and there was no way I could help him. It was sad and I had to break the unfortunate news to my family members shortly after. Only a week later did my grandfather passed away in the hospital. Before his final breath, I also had a vision of suited men standing along his hospital bed. The freaky part is, I never went to visit him at the hospital so I had no clue how it looked like but I saw it in my vision. I scared the heck out of myself when I arrived at the place only to see something so familiar.
Enough about me, I'm sure most of you are bored by now. Supposedly I'm guided in life by two bears. One, a white bear and the other a black bear. Yeah, I have a shrine in my basement where I live and sleep.
I don't touch it anymore because I've lost my touch in it. People urge me to continue but I don't think it is my time to shine as a Shao.
