It was obvious that she was with someone else. She had a guy who treated her well, but the guy wasn't there for her like she would like the guy to be. Whenever they get into arguments, the guy would just sit and listen. No gesture was made. No compromise was given. No word was spoken from the guy for all the guy can say is, "I'm sorry. I don't deserve you, but I don't want you to leave me. I love you and I'll do anything to have you stay. Tell me what I should do?"

Silence filled the room. "You want me to tell you what you should do? Let me ask you. What are you going to do? I am tired of being the one who comes up with the master plan to put everything back into place. So you tell me because I would like to know what you can do for us."

He sat in the distance and observed. He didn't want to get involve. But he had the feeling of wanting to be close to her. Wanting to meet her. Wanting to find out who she is. He only knew as much as he sees and what he see is that she is with that guy. He studied her through her words and her posture. There's something about her that caught his attention good, but he doesn't know what it is. "Why is she so alluring to me?" He thought to himself.

A month flew by and only thoughts of her occurred in his mind repeatedly. He tries to shake her off his mind, but she keeps coming back. He wonders about her and so he decides to check up on her. With some hesitation, he worked up a conversation with her. Oh how they talked so freely and carelessly. Laughter was shared and smiles were exchanged. Time flew by and he didn't want to part from her, but he knew. He knew that she have someone and for that, he has to part with her.

Friendship was formed as months came to pass, but she was still with that guy and he, he was only a friend to her. He can't be what that guy is to her. "Why aren't you with anyone? Any girl will be so lucky to have you." She asked him.

"I'm not ready for a relationship. It's not my place to have one, though it'll be awhile til I find the perfect one for me." He told her, lying under his breath as he knows that he is secretly falling for her. But he didn't want her to know. He didn't want to be a problem for her or to be the cause for her to break up with that guy. He kept his heart and lips sealed, for he hopes that she will never find out.

In practically a year, she and that guy fell apart. He, on the other hand, can only be there for her to consult to as any friend would do. But she never brings up that guy because she doesn't want to be reminded of what she was going though. Even though he knew, he never brought up that guy either.

He and she talked and joked like any ordinary friends would. What she didn't know was, he was trying to send her hints that he likes her. But she never got it because she did not understand. She questioned him about the way he was acting that night, but he just kept laughing, beating around the bush, and talking in riddles. She was getting confuse more and more as he tried to hint at her that she was the one. As it continued, he thought to himself that it was useless.

Silence over came them as she tried to figure out what he was trying to say. He then broke down and confess it all to her. Silence over came them once again, then she slowly starts confessing her feelings. As she spoke each word, he absorbs them in slowly and a smile grew on his face. They talked their feelings out to each other and created a bond that still holds on strong to this very day.
