i used to live in mn i moved to cali..
when i reach cali and live in cali...
and i met my dads sister daughter...
my dads sister (which is my auntie)
has a daughter (obviously i told u)
is it ok to date her?? her last name is a cha
and mines is vang. my dads sister(auntie is a vang)
aunties husband is a cha =/
well is it okay?
parents says u cant date people with same last name
does relatives relates to this too?

And that would be kinda weird.
Plus, you have to think about how she feels about you.
What if you went up to her and asked her if she wanted to date,
and she didn't even think of you like that? That would be AWKWARD wouldn't it?
But then again. IDK. Ask your dad. Just don't tell him it's you. =)

If she is your dad's sister's daughter. She has your blood. Last names are one issue, the other is bloodline. But i won't cockblock

Honestly I think its wrong... and dating your cousin usually means more bad outcomes rather than good. If things dont work out she will still be yor cousin and u will always see her.. its not gonna feel right... and I'm sure someone ggreat will come your way just keep your mind open. =) good luck

Yup Blood is Blood. Back in the days was back in the days. The hmong community is much smaller back then. Sure it is ok, but haven't you noticed it's usually a last resort because the guy fails to find a mate? That is why so many guys from one village goes and talks to girls in other village to avoid same blood mixing. Hmong people are smart enough to know that you'll die sooner or later when genetics just don't mix anymore. but as in dating, it's not like you're going to marry her so go for it. Talk to me again when you're going to marry her

The idea of it may sound a bit sick to ppl, but in the Hmong culture, there's no conflict within the relationship.
