Summer flings
Woke up to the sound of my heart beating, I can feel it beating with every thud. It hurts, and things are so fuzzy, yet it's clear that you know what's going on, it's the sound of a heart break. I wanna cry, but no tear flows out. I want to scream but these words didn't mean a thing. It all felt so good and so special, gave me a taste of what I've never had before, teased me and tucked it away. Feels as if I lost something, something so dare and special, but you can't lose something if you never had a hold of it. So slowly I watch you go. Let time take me home, alone again.

And we all just have to learn and don't repeat our same mistake over again We all didn't lose, we also gain from what happened to us.

Agree. It's difficult.
Everything that happened caused one to believe that he/she is isolated and hurt alone, but that person is not alone.
There are so many people out there that are in so much more pain yet we just refuse to see it all.
When you watched her go, did you tell her the truth that was kept in your heart? If you didn't, then I guess things are more complicated and you will be in pain longer, because there are so much that you are still unsure of.
But surely you will heal
I love this because it reminds me so much of my own situation. Anyways, it's better to let go than stick around and wait for nothing.
