If, it is an Assembly Bill (AB). The bill will start in the Assembly.
Assembly ----> Senate ---->Assembly ----> Governor --> Chaptered or vetoed

And, if, it is a Senate Bill (SB). The bill will start in Senate.
Senate----> Assembly ----> Senate -----> Governor --> Chaptered or vetoed

Its been a while since I come on here. Just thought I post a blog you know to be kool like everyone else. *yawn* So... I am assuming there are new hp regulars? College been busy. I havent play Dota for a long time. Havent got a conversation with much hp friends. I feel empty. I dont know why. I have this empty feeling for a long time now. And I think it's time I settle myself down and eat some food. Some good rice. And lay down and think about what I am really missing. Then maybe I can cont. With my endless pondering.

...So, Winter breaks finally came. There I sat in my room DOTAING my life away... My uncles and cousins came over for the new year, but we did not do much. I just dont know. I mean, the cousins and I went to new year, but they were just too damn picky. Would not even approach any girls. I was disappointed. I just wanted to have fun and you know toss a few balls, but we ended up not doing so. I did meet this uber tall girl who was 5'6. We walked around and toss a ball. Then I found out that she was 13.
