Not a chance, and plus we wouldn't know how to. It seems we're uncivilized compared to other races. We'd probably mass murder ourselves before we had any thought to rule the world.
Plus, I dont think that a particular race should rule the world. It is quite evident that human beings are stupid. You know who should rule???? I think the Cyborgs should.

Ahaha. We do have faith in our people, it's just that we see the flaws in our peoeple's society right now. We don't think Hmong are suitable yet to rule. =)

I don't think any one race or ethnicity should rule the world. Look at what happened with Nazi Germany. Definitely, no. There's a reason for diversity.

Hmong people are too selfish to rule the world. Each Hmong individuals would want things for their own selfish needs. That is probably one reason why we don't have a country in my opinion.

yep true lil_dreamer hmong are to selfish for example look at the hmong gang killing each other their own bro sister cousin just cuz they belong to a diffent gang. in my opion blood family comes first by seems like sometimes some people dont have heart. kinda sad sometimes i wish i wasnt hmong. i prefer a peaceful world with no ruler
