Fitness// Work Out! Tell me how you DO~
hmmm.. cheesy title. I'm sorry.
Well we all know it's spring, for those who wants to fling spring sexy but fails there is still hope for sexy summer to come. 
So tell me how do you do your work out? I want to get fit and would like some insight. 
Hrmm I'm too lazy. All I do is sleep and eat. >.<

swimming is the best work out for me...i'm not a good swimmer but i love the water lol

I'm planning to workout and lose some excessive pounds this spring also. So far, my routine is just going to the gym 4 out of 5 days, doing some cardio-workouts and trying out those lifting weights machines. Minimize your meal size. Oh! And if you have any ideas of how to lose upper body weight other than just doing cardio, please do let me know.
As for abs (I'm a biggie on abs), I workout along with this video.

The video may look lame and the exercises in there may look easy, but dude, this workout kicks ass! Rather than just doing 100-200 crunches, I just follow this video... EVERYDAY.
Maybe the first day, you might not feel anything, but surely, the second and third day, you'll have a hard time just laughing. It'll take a couple of weeks for you to see differences, but you should gradually feel your stomach tightening.
Update me on how you're doing and I'll do the same.

Okay, I'll take your advice.. I'll start easy! because I'm a noob at this! hahah! these are my current routine for this week...
M W F
- under 20 min I must do as much as possible-
5 chin up x set
15 body squats x set
10 "box" push up x set -cause I have an injured hang I believe LOL-
S Sat
-must do the following-
100 jumping jacks
trend mill for 10-15 min.
T TH
arm excerises
(weights, etc)
of course these all exclude warm ups and stretches~
I can't believe college TURNED me so fat... I was 115 back in high school now I'm like... 130. UGH! *cries*
I guess it'll intensify as the weeks gone by? working out is sooo hard. >_<;
-run/jog/speed walk (swing those arms)
for a booty and flat tummy
-squats
-leg lifts
-lunges
-sit ups
-crunches
(for the sit ups and crunches, do it to the sides also. not just straight up)
for people with boobie issues
-i dont know what it's called, but if you're goin to lift weights, do that "butterfly" one. (it'll enhance the lift so you don't have to always feel like your boobies are sagging)

if u want to tone urself down, do some cardio work out and lift some light weights!
