Not particulary enjoyable, but it's good to go and see that there are a ****load of hmong people in fresno. Some you see, some you've never seen. I take about two-three rounds around the joint, buy food last and head on home. I'm agreeing with ECAP....i go for the food. I dont ball toss, it's way too crowded and people breathing down your neck is freaking CREEPY. It's like a bunch of lions eyeballing a piece of succulent, soft skinned, virginal(or not...lol) woman for meat. Bwahhahhahahah. Do I dress up...sure, once or twice with my mom for photos. It's good to do photos, and no, i dont ball toss. I find standing in heels makes my corns and bunions feel like exploding....hahahhaha....i'm usually in my sneakers anyway. How about we toss dodgeballs????...thats way more fun.

The New Year is okay, I go for bubble tea and ice cream. I usually dress up on the first day. I usually ball toss with my cousins and I don't have any lovers to meet.

Yes i enjoy going to the Hmong New Year's, i go for food and entertainment.
yes i dress up and no i don't toss ball. its just not that thing to do. lol and no i have not met a lover there. lol

I actually find the new years boring! All you do is walk around, eat, get tire and come home. Today's society, you cant even bust a mack on girls anymore, they come mack on you!

Um New Years are the same every year so i don't really enjoy them as much as when i was younger, I don't dress up anymore lol.
And no i don't go ball tossing because none of the young guys ball toss only the old wrinkly ones do. And i hate it when some old guy even older than my dad try to start something with the me or any of the young ladies there! I find that disgusting and annoying!!!!

Hm...at the moment, yes. =) Because I get to dress up in Hmong clothes and I get to walk around the booth. I think I'm one of the few who don't go for the food. o.O I go for the performance. 
Then I walk around and see what's new and maybe meet up with a few old buddies. =)

Of course I do. Even if not in Hmong clothes, formality is still the dress code. Yes, I HAVE to ball toss. If not, I'll get a red eye throughout the rest of the upcoming year(or so the elder folks say.) And I dislike ball tossing with them freakin' OGs. Ugh! An old OLD guy actually took my hand and kiss it! Like how anyone's prince charming is suppose to come and grab your hand and kiss it! But no, an old OLD guy did that. Yuck. Made me almost cry in horro. =( And no, I have not met a love there.

Enjoying to the new year?
Not really. Its the same thing over and over again. Its only fun when you go with friends and do stupid stuff that dont get you into trouble. Or go when you are trying to meet new people from far away places.
Dress up?
No matter how much i hate dressing up... i do. At least once a year. haha.
Ball tossing?
I used too. Until i was diagnosed with Optic Neuritis.
Definition of Optic Neuritis : An inflamed optic nerve can cause blurry vision and blind spots.
I have it on my left eye. There is a section of my eye that is blurry and doctor says that it will overtime heal itself back up. Its been 8 - 10 months now. Condition has gotten better, but not healing as fast as we have anticipated.
Due to this condition, I have lost my depth perspective. So if you throw something at me that is small.. Dont expect me to catch it. haha.
Have you ever met a love there?
Nope! Im still single and living it! haha.
