I think I'm leading someone on....

Example problem: I have dark, hidden feelings for my ex still. These are all secretive feelings.
So, I passed my number out to other guys, not be a whore but because we are like good friends and all.
There is always that SOMEONE in that group that act, sounds and behaves like your previous lover. He sparks interest in you. You don't really like him BUT everything he does reminds you of your ex. His voice, actions, and even behaviors! They like the same things and what not too!
You know it is wrong so you try not to start much of a commotion but when you flirt it felt like you've known the person for so long... like he was your old lover. This is wrong, you are not acknowledging this person and am comparing him to your old lover.
What am a girl to do in a situation like this? She knows what she must do, but how would she go about it?

The thing is, you said you know what you must do.
So do it. Just suck it up, and do it. Do it the way you think it'll best put it through their head, so that there are no repetitions needed and it's done.

It seems to me like she is using him a bit to forget about her ex. However, she should never use a person. Treat people the way she wants to be treated. Would she also like it too, if someone was to use her for the same exact reason? Of course not... She should be strong and face her true emotions, in what she really wants and need in her own life. If she knows for a fact that she is using him only, then my advice is for her to let him go, because at the end, she will get hurt, not only herself, but she will hurt him too. He will be twice as wounded as her.

.. Well. Which one do you want more. I mean your ex.. I mean you guys broke up N personally you should never return to exes since you guys are already done N over with however if you both are able to resolve that issue (of how and why you broke up) and move on from it (ie, he dint have time for you or you for him then and now he/you do then mebbe it can work) then yeah. You should probably go for your ex.. If you still want him. This guy youre talkin to now that reminds you of your ex.. If he's reminding you of your ex it kinda well complicates things because you should never take a person to how they appear like but rather who they are. In that regard, I should hope that this new guy is a tad bit different and in the difference that he well is different enough for you to recognize him as a potential bf. If not then yeah mebbe you are leading him on however! He might be leading you on as well N its not the game of who can draw the most blood but rather, whose more straighten out in your relationship.. Just talk to him N make sure he does not think you two are gonna have a lil something if you dont want it else he might get really pia-zzed wen he (if he is) led on.
