Who's online
is this a "nice" rejection?
So I confessed to this guy I liked. He said some things (he enjoys talking to me, I make him happy)before telling me "I'm not ready for a relationship". (which I can understand, he's been single for a little over a year, who has been in a 8 year relationship, whose ex girlfriend cheated on him). But then it strike me, is this a "nice" rejection? Or is he really not ready? I mean, we still talk like I've never confessed to him, he teases me, he calls me, he still texts me, nothing has really changed. But I was wondering is this just a "nice" rejection? And besides all that, he has told me he wants to tell me something, but he has not figure how to tell me yet. So? Fellow HPers, mind sharing an opinion on this? It would definitely help.

Are you trying to trick users into giving you kudos!
o.O No. I couldn't care less for kudos. They just bug me cause I keep getting them. -_-'
Hrm....maybe a "nice" rejection....but could also be a way of him saying he still needs time to get over a relationship that lasted eight years. That's what it sounds like to me, especially with all the talking you two do AND the fact that you two are still in contact as if you had never confessed, but both you and him know what you are feeling.
So...it's up to you now. You gonna wait it out and see what happens? Or let go of the feelings past friendship?
Good luck, whatever you decide.
I agree with KC!
But I don't think it's a rejection yet. I think he's still doing some thinking? Or like KC said he's still trying to get over his 8 year relationship
Ohhh.... There is no such thing as a nice rejection.
jus say youre not looking for a relationship. cus it would mean that it applies to all guys, not just him. so, it wouldnt be personal
no it means **** he needs a play toy thats all
He's just not ready. IF he's not talking to you and what not, than you can say it's arejection, but other than that, naw, he's just not ready.
Or he can be fuc.king with you and waiting for an opportunity to get back with his ex.
8 years of relationship... =D
hehehe...hahahaha....n so on....well well...to tell u something...i used that line to many girls that i dun like as a girlfriend but friend only....n it's the nicest way to tell a girl that ur not ready cause ur still hurts from da last relationship....so yeah its somehow a good excuse.....
mybad did mean to post this one...
You know him more than we do.
Judging from his kind of personality, put yourself in his shoes and figure it out.
I've seen this countless time.. he's just gonna used you when he's bored.. then when the right person comes by BAMMM he's gone...Just ignore the idoit..
COngrats! =)
if u really like someone, u wouldnt "wait" to be with that person. soo, if hes waiting or just lingering around..it means...he doesnt care to be in a relationship with u or else he wouldve made it happen.
i agree with enslaved
Maybe he's with other girls too and are trying to figure out which one of you girls are the right one. It's not a reject. If it is, he wouldn't continue to keep in touch with you.

Sorry.
Double post.
Read other one.
