Throwing trantrums are good and it releases stress, but talking it out to the person you have a problem with will ease your thoughts and pain a lot more. As much it may hurt and as much as you may not want to do it, the best bet for you is to talk it through. Just don't explain yourself, but do listen carefully to what you say and what the other person may have to say. Don't make conclusions of your own. What you don't understand, ask and listen.

When I say, "Listen carefully", I mean it. Really listen. You get to see a whole new perspective when you actually listen. I'm not saying that you don't, but when things get heated up at the moment, a lot of the times you don't want to listen, but to explain yourself. Let the person finish what they have to say, as they have let you.

Just don't text, email, or im. Pick up the dang phone and call. Either the talk be with Ey, Ms. Takashi, or both.
