Ok, this is my addition to Kaja's "RUNESCAPE!!!!!" topic. LoL, I just wanted to go into a little bit on your life there and about clan wars. I had printscreened some images when we played, and I wanted to share them.

Your hitpoints are your life. We call them HP for short....and when they first started doing that, I kept thinking they were referring to HmongPride. LoL. You start out with ten. When I look back on it, I realize how low that is. Haha. Especially when SOMEONE [cough Kaja cough] wants to clan war. Mine's still low when comparing it to the other's. I'm in the forties. LoL, I wish it was higher. The only way to "train" your HP and gain it experience is when you fight and make damage. When you are at full health, it's green. Then goes yellow. Then red when it's low. It doesn't help though, when you forget to keep an eye on it. That's me. LoL. I've had several close calls because I wasn't looking at my HP.

When you die, which I've done twice within five minutes, you lose all the things on you and in your inventory besides the three most expensive items. The number of things you keep upon death varies though, depending on some things you do. I'm not sure how you'd up it....but mine's still at three. I guess technically, I've died more than two times, if you want to count the times I've died in clan wars. It's alot, believe me. But in clan wars, if you set that, your things will remain yours after death. Unless you go in the red free for all portal....that's the one where you drop all your things if you die. The white one is the safe one. The purple one is the actual war portal. You can go in there to see a random battle or a friend's battle. That's also the portal you go to when you're in a war.

The clan channel chat is set with each clan. There are ranks that the owner of the channel can set to each player in that clan. The ranks tell who can and who can't challenge someone or take an offered challenge. The clan channel is useful for when you are in the clan war area because when you type through that, the text comes up as red, which is easy to pick apart from the usual blue text. It's so hectic. Everyone is telling everyone else to join their clan or something or other. So oftentimes when I'm in there, the chatbox is flying. The clan channel is most useful for the actual battle. You are able to converse with your clan members without letting the other team know what you are saying. LoL, I'll use that channel to tell the others what levels we're against and how many and anything else that I see.....and I'll b!tch through that channel too. Haha, I won't lie.

In clan war, you either have the option of "run ins", which allow killed users to join the war again, or one time kills--if you die, you die and don't come back. There are also different arenas. [I dislike the Turrets one because it's SO big. They could hide anywhere. Then again, so can we. ] There is the option of being able to eat food or not, use melee or not, use range or not [bows], magic or none, summoning or not [this one is usually off], potions or none, and prayers or none. Prayers help the player by adding a certain percentage more to some stats, depending on which one they pick. Some players LOVE using prayers. I often forget I have them. -_-

Once a challenge is accepted, you have two minutes to get in the portal. The challenger and challengee are automatically portal'd after accepting the challenge terms. Then....it's war.

This was one of my first days playing. I had sat down while waiting for someone. That someone never showed up. -_- LoL

There are dragons. I had forgotten that I was in a world where there were dragons on the way to the clan war area. I had sat down to recharge my running. And out of nowhere I see that dragon at the top of my screen. LoL, I got scared and just sat there several minutes longer. That dragon didn't move from that spot either. Then I logged out. Haha. I was....twenty, thirty something levels lower than the dragon...so I was very afraid I was going to die if I went for the dragon...but I was tempted to try. I told Ghost and he laughed at me and said I better log out or I was going to die. Very supportive huh? Oh, and the dragons attack on sight if you get within a certain range of them. I got lucky tiag.

This is a shot from a war we were in. LoL. I think we were close to our portal and was waiting for them to come back to us so we all just took a seat. It was funny. I also put in the then-current convo that was going on. Take a look at what Kaja says. That arena was the Clan Wars Classic. There were lava rivers and trees and broken building foundations.

Well, I think that's all I'm gonna say here. There are so many more things on RS. But that takes a while to tell about. Haha. I'm lazy and I want to sleep. XD Maybe one of the others will tell more. Also, here's the link to Kaja's topic that started this.
