Suggestions
1. Change Poetry section to Creative Writing. - Instead of the poetry section being for poems only, members can write stories, poems, songs, and etc.
2. Remove inactive moderators and perhaps replace them with responsible, active ones.
3. Allow the moderators to have access to make changes to the user's signature and account, in case there is a need to resize a signature or terminate an account.
4. Respond to your inbox messages!!!
Here's a clean start of suggestions. So let's hear them. I'll update it as you give suggestions. Make sure they are good.

Blogs.
I think there should be a choice for the members to pushblish or unpublish their blogs. That way it will decrease the porblems with blogs, because Im sure there are members that can determine if their blogs should be published or not.

Yes, we need new moderators!
Peraps a new layout . . . design, something more colorful or attracting.
And moderators should have the power to ban/unban people.

well admin thank you for unlocking my accnt lol sorry about that XD well to get to the point u want and need a new group of moderators people who can actually keep hp up and running when u arnt here, id say ur list of people are depending on how many accnts u have are expected caprice, salavong ninja, nerdy me, sara oak, and KI@ or people along the line of them because they all have one thing in common when it comes down to it they wont choose a side of whos right whos wrong in a blog war theyll simple lay down ur rules like my boss tells me and ill compare it to your situation, i hared u on as my shift leader so i can give u a big stick and run around waving it getting things done, thats my advice to you hire people onto ur crew to do the same and if u dont like those options u can always post and ask all hpers of candidates they think will befit the names moderator, and also thanks again for the unlock and good luck with ur decision

Talking about Chat Moderator's though, the Admin haven't seen massive situation that occurs in the Chat Room yet.

Admin, would making a list makes a different? I mean come on, it's not like you even listen to us. We're the user and we know what will makes your site better. Do you even ask for our suggestion or ideas? I don't think so. So this mean that making this list is pointless. I'm not trying to put you down or anything, but if you do really care about what we have to say or cleaning up your site, you would have done it already. You don't even open your ears and listen to us. You do what you want, so why would the user bother to make a list? We respect you, but you don't respect us back. Why would I say such a thing? We reply back to you no matter what, but you in the other hand, ignored us all the way. All right, I need to stop here before the Admin's ear shoots out steam.
