Suggestions for the Admin - Part III

First off, great job Admin! For the past weeks I've been seeing new changes and updates on HP every time I log in. 
I think everyone should appreciate the updates more rather than criticizing. Feed back is good, but I've noticed too much complaining.
For example the video chat; a lot of people asked for a video chat and we finally have one now; yet I see a lot of negative comments about it. I know the Vchat is not high tech or anything but I believe its a good start for a Vchat.
I also see a lot of complaints about "copycats" of another site. I'd like to say that all websites are very a like and different in their own ways. Only YOU can make HP unique 
Rather than criticism, let's try more "suggestions."
My first suggestion is the member titles. Rather than governor, mayor, etc. Here's my list of some cool titles.

-HP Swagger (???) <<--- Was trying to use a new term

I jacked a couple from some other forums I've been to but most I thought of. Feel free to add if you guys think of any!
My other suggestion is regarding kudos/points. When I gave kudos to HappyKathy's blog, I noticed my kudos didn't get deducted.
[b]**I think that the number of kudos/pts we give others should be deducted from what we already have.
It also prevents people from making other accounts to gain more kudos/points. [**/b]
