Time for oyur self

Remember hpers even though your with your man or women sometimes you need
to have some time for your self. Recharge the body and the mind so you
can continue the relationship. And, if your single it gives you time to
think if you wana find that some one or continue what your doing.
So take a break from today even though its just for 30mins or 24hrs
and have sometime for yourself... I like it.

I think we all have times for ourselves, we're just too lazy/careless to take advantage of it. We could be having an extra hour of sleep/rest or maybe more but instead we decides to hang out on HP!
