what do u do when your bf or gf said they'll call u back but never do..
they said for u to stay up and wait for their call and u did but they never called.. and at that time they were with their friends hanging out.. and when u decide to call him or her because its late and you are getting tired but they dont pick up your call..
what should u think and what are u gonna think?.. should u get mad because he or she told you to stay up and wait for their call? or should u let it go and act like nothing has happened?..
ANOTHER QUESTION:
For the next couple of days.. ur bf tells you, he is hanging out with one of his married friends but his wife isnt there.. soo you and ur bf is talking on the phone and he says "i gtg now.. ill call u back in a bit" but then he didnt hang up the phone in time and you heard some girl talking in the background and laughing.. like they are having a fun time.. what are u gonna think?
soo then i asked him "who is that?." he says "ohh its my married friend's friend's wife but the only guys thatwere there was my bf and his married friend.. there was no third guy there... soo what is that suppose to mean?
did you guys and girls get confused? haha!..

LOL. I got confused at the last part.
But if he says to stay up for him and you're feeling tired, **** him and still go to bed. To hell with the special treatment for him. I would get mad, but then I tend to not care so much after a while.

Wen Your bf says he'll call you back but never do i think that is very careless it means he doesnt relly Like/Love You but probley datin you for sum reason.. it sounds harsh & confusiing but believe me, i been thruogh it all thaT'S WHY I STAY SINGO!! But im not saying you shuld do that too, just saying u should find sum1 that Actually likes you. You culd tell thee difference, sum1 that likes you will, call you back.
And also da other reason maybe either dey dont call back because dey are too busyy and dey "Rather" not talk to you but do important things other than you. "When your His GF"
And, when he's not picking up your call he is puposedley ignoring you, or either dont want to talk to you, or hes doin drugs who knoes..
And hell yeah i wuld get helllaa mad! i will have to bitch at him!!! You Have The Right to Be & Get Mad, it's normal to do that in a relationship.
For your other question he is definetley cheating on yooh!! or he wants to meet new ppl(Girls)! It seems to me that your just his rebound gf or your just his puppy love partner...
You've should've Bitched at him when you said "Who's That??"
You shuld Dump him, wat an asshole btw i think you deserve beetter than that. 
You Shuld be with sum1 that will return your call & doesnt make you wait for his call.

I don't exactly have times like that but similar yes I do and I do get mad at my bf. lols So my advice to you is get mad but don't hold a grudge on him. Listen to your bf's explanation to why he didn't or couldn't called you.
Just don't get mad or let it go, if you let it go. He might do it again. lols Another thing is, guys get carry away when they are with their friends so you will have to excuse that, they don't want to call or talk to you when they are hanging with their friends. That's consider rude. It goes for you too, you wouldn't want to talk to your bf while you are hanging out with your girlfriend's. Do you? I honestly think it is rude to hang out with friends and talk to your bf at the same time. That's something I do not do. 
Your second Question: If you hear a girl laughing in the background, you already know something is fishy but again you can be wrong. Next time, don't tell/ask your bf what you heard or know. Ask who is there first. Ask for the story. Any girls? If he says no, then you tell him what you heard. You gotta be clever. Guy's are liars! Big time Cheaters too!!
So, anyways if this was to happened to me, I will have second thoughts about my boyfriend. He might be cheating. Yep.

I'm guessing that he's lying. Yea mah ex did the same thing. The whole I'll kall u bak in a bit n there were gurls talkn in the background. I made him stay on the phone with meeh n it turned out to jus be his friends liddo sister, which she was trying to hit on mah man. Hella messed up. But then I heard his friend yell at her to bak off kuz he had a girl friend (meeh n him were best buddies after that) haha. Well that's how mah situaton went but everyone is different. Good luck with urs. N if he doesn't kall bak n u think he is cheating then go with ur jut feeling. Dump his ass. Jus mah thought...
