Windows Speed Secrets

Just something I thought would be useful for the community. Although I'm not quite sure it actually makes a bigger difference, it's nice to know the secrets. However, I believe it makes a difference on performance if even a little. Anywho, you're welcome.

I suggest an upgrade for a new computer or install more RAM and add a larger harddrive.
