i got curves and yes i love my ass it is my best aspect on my body. use to be my tummy, but my tummy is not like it use to be...i need to start working out again to get my better curves back in agains. lmao.
Well do you use any supplements?
i don't use supplements. i go natural. natural work out and everything. i use to work out everyday at least an hour or so, but since i been cramming myself in school so much i started to less work out and more just sitting on my ass doing school work and what not. But i am trying to push myself back into that direction. trying slowly to transition back into my old eating habits. which is really hard.
i use to eat only whole wheat cereal in the morning, salads and boiled eggs during the day. once in a long while i will snack on junk food, but other than that, that was all i ate.
well doing the natural why you might not get a the protein and minerals and stuff you need because mostly the food you eat contains chemicals so you don't the source of nutrients. So you would have to consume more fruit and veggies but you will not lose weight because everything or some foods are chemically processes.
as of right now true. but i can get progress quickly. if i do setups for couple of days i can obtain a flat tummy. lmao. that is how quick it is but then it is only temporary because muscle is not built there as best as it was before, but i would get flat tummy.

I don't use weights. jogging is the best way to go if you want to loose weight. use weights if you wanna build muscles. and aerobics if you want to tighten up abs and buttocks. i usually only do like 10 or 20 sit-ups then i am good. lmao. i don't know, but my diet works. also it is good that you eat some almonds before you eat because almonds makes you full faster something i learned. you should research about it.
besides if you think about it...when you eat protein bars majority of them have nuts on them, why? well because it makes you full so you don't crave for more.
also, i do a lot of dancing so that is another way i maintain my weight. i been basically the same weight since middle school. just that middle school i was more muscular because i was in that faze in bulking my arms out lmao. funny huh?
